About PRA

 About PRA: PRA stands for Professional Research and Analysis. The aim is to (when live *) provide research and analysis on a one-off or continuous process to individuals, companies and other organisations on a freelance basis. PRA aims to cover the following areas: ^Macro Economics, Regulation/ Compliance and also International Politics. Within each of the three subject matters PRA intends to speciallise in distinct and specific sub-categories.

The pages on this website provide a 'showcase' for the types of projects and areas of speciallism that PRA may provide (were it to launch as a commercial enterprise - see below).

Experience: 

Economics/ Regulation = 25 years in UK Financial Services. Roles included; Compliance Oversight/ Officer, Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), Investment Manager (Discretionary clients), Market Analyst, Investment Analyst and other operations/ support roles. Macro Economics specialist. Joint Bachelors (Honours) University degree in Economics.

Politics = Bachelors (Honours) University degree level with specialisation in International Politics. Freelance country reports (G7 and Emerging/ Developing). Avid interest in Foreign Affairs,
